Terms & Conditions

At the time the parent/carer books their child in at Railway Nursery we ask for a deposit equivalent to two weeks fees to secure the place.
Railway Nursery understands that each child may settle into nursery at different stages, therefore, a maximum of six hours will be offered for free, any further hours will be charged at the going rate.

Parents/carers will be invoiced on or around the 30th of each month requesting payment for the upcoming month.

Payments must be paid in full by the 14th of each month.

A charge will be incurred for late payments.

Cheques made payable to Railway Nursery Ltd and placed in an envelope with your invice and given only to the manager or her deputy.

When paying by cash, we ask that the exact amount is placed in a sealed envelope. No change can be given as no monies are kept on-site for security reasons.

Receipts will be given.

Booked sessions must be adhered to, children will not be accepted before the arranged time unless previously agreed with only the manager.

Children are to be collected promptly to all cross over times to stay within legal ratio’s.

Fees are paid in full if children do not attend nursery for any reason. There will be no charge if the nursery closes at times such as Christmas, Bank Holidays or extremely bad weather.

Notice required by the parent is one calender month in writing. The nursery will give one calender months notice unless unpaid fees are due, where then the nursery has the right to refuse care.
